James Proctor
Facility Lead
James is in his final year of a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Before joining the team at Red Top Wellness Center, he served patients in partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for mental health treatment.
As Facility Lead, James supports residents through each day during their time in residential care. That support can look different for each person in the program, whether it’s helping someone work through a difficult moment or celebrating their recovery wins.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also spends his free time reading books and watching movies.
