Crystal pursued an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Office Technology, but soon discovered her true passion for working with people. She began her career in the school system, where she dedicated many years of service. Later, she felt a strong pull to make a more direct impact by helping others which led her to RTWC.
Crystal is deeply committed to supporting individuals in the addiction and mental health fields, as she has personally experienced the journey of recovery, having graduated from a program herself. She firmly believes that everyone can find hope and healing, and she takes great pride in playing a part in that transformation.
Outside of work, Crystal cherishes spending time with her close-knit family, creating lasting memories from even the smallest moments. She also enjoys traveling, watching soccer, reading, camping, and engaging in a wide variety of crafts.
